VA-100 HD
The single-stage VA-series parts cleaners are designed for maintenance cleaning and lighter cleaning tasks in the machining industry where no rinsing stage is required.
Each unit features a thermally insulated stainless-steel cleaning cabinet, available with a hinged downward-folding door (HD) or a motor-driven lifting door (LD). A load carriage sits inside the chamber, served by a rotating spray-pipe system with nozzles.
- On HD models the lowered door doubles as a loading platform.
- For LD models an optional loading platform or transport trolley is available.
Hot cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the components from all directions at high mechanical power; used liquid is filtered through basket filters and returned to the tank. An optional filtration unit maintains liquid quality over time.
